Talent assessment is in management science, modern psychology, psychologicalmeasurement, learn and statistics, and other disciplines established on the basis of a doorused to understand the people, to know a man, choose someone else science, it througheffective assessment techniques and tools to be measured the personal character traits, theability quality, professional quality, skills and knowledge in measurement and evaluation.Different staff has the characteristics of the competence of the great difference, the staffhas the competence character is not necessarily enterprise need of, so need to choosecertain method to staff assessment. The technology of personnel assessment method has avariety of, based on competency personnel evaluation technology because of it hastargeted and operational and got the extensive application.This paper introduces the process of personnel assessment in the construction of thecompetency model of principle, and to the company as a case DH, combined with thepractical situation of the DH company, using competence character model analysis topoint out the best employees competence characteristics, in building a model of thecompetence characteristics are determined on the basis of the management job backup todevelop a target employment standard, with scientific methods to evaluate the quality ofthe candidate, and to establish a scientific and perfect a directional training plan, ensureemployees to fill the post and can develop to maximum potential.This paper is composed by four major part, the first chapter of the introduction, this paperintroduces the background and significance of the subject, talent assessment both at home andabroad and the general situation of this paper is the main research contents and methods; Thesecond chapter introduces the basic situation and the construction of the DH companycompetency model of the basic ideas; Chapter three DH company to review process abilityand introduces the; The fourth chapter of the evaluation system of detailed chart analysis, andthe results can be applied to human resources management module of the training field.
