Nowadays, human resource has been the key element for enterprises to win the fierce competition in the market.The employee satisfaction management is good for enterprise mastering itself and enhance the cohesion. In order to increase the targeted and persuasive of enterprise,the thesis select Anshan Carrefour Supermarket as the case study when analysis the employee satisfaction status and effect composition.Through the case study on employee satisfaction status and effect composition of Anshan Crrefour Supermarket, it found that the enterprise staff’s satisfaction belongs to the medium low level,job satisfaction should be improved, the ingredients are in many aspects, but the whole seems there are six dimension: work itself, salary, interpersonal relationship, management system, the work environment and the promotion development. Meanwhile, it is also affected by many elements such as gender, age, education level, jobs etc.Combine with the analysis of Anshan Carrefour Supermarket employee satisfaction and related basic theories, it is necessary and targeted to take corresponding measures in order to ensure the comprehensive promotion of staff satisfaction. Before making the corresponding measures, it should pay attention on the relationship between the enterprise pursuit profit and improve the satisfaction of enterprise employees. Also the relationship between enterprises and leading role of the subject position of enterprise employees. The specific measures including but not limited: adjust the salary and welfare system, enable employees to meet the most basic material requirement,develop connotation rich corporate culture, enhance the enterprise culture identity of enterprise staff, establish multi-channel communication mechanism, make enterprise staff personal goals and enterprise development mix together, built human resources management planning, improve employee incentive mechanism of enterprise performance evaluation and enterprise, also strengthen the relevant system implementation, exist employees really implement policy into practice etc.
