Meanwhile, it is also affected by many elements such as gender, age, education level, jobs etc.Combine with the analysis of Anshan Carrefour Supermarket employee satisfaction and related basic theories, it is necessary and targeted to take corresponding measures in order to ensure the comprehensive promotion of staff satisfaction. Before making the corresponding measures, it should pay attention on the relationship between the enterprise pursuit profit and improve the satisfaction of enterprise employees. Also the relationship between enterprises and leading role of the subject position of enterprise employees.
