The satisfaction of employee will affect their morale, and affect their work performance. As a service corporation, the satisfaction of consumer to Ainc. is based on the service attitude and behavior of employee. Which is to say, the satisfaction of employee to his job will affect the satisfaction of consumer to A inc. Or we can say that the satisfaction of consumer to A inc. is the satisfaction of consumer to employees of A inc. If we want to enhance the satisfaction of consumer, we must enhance the satisfaction of employee firstly.This thesis research the employee satisfaction based on the individual, team and company. Before this research, the author has analyzed a mass of literatures. The work of this thesis includes questionnaire design, data collect, data analyses and questions discuss. The individual satisfaction research includes operating position, the views of profession, job or rank, the paid of job, working strength etc. The team satisfaction research includes the objective of team, the communion of team, the cooperation of team, the inspirit of team, the connection of members etc. The company satisfaction includes competitive advantage, bylaw, compensation and pay, performance of evaluation, education and training, working environment etc.Based on the result of questionnaire analysis, this thesis also discusses the achievement and limitation of the work on employee satisfaction of Ainc. At the end of this thesis, the author will sum up the solutions of questions. |
