Process-based ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Quality Management System

In order to promote laboratory’s quality control and quality improvement, and to help laboratory to break away from the predicament of quality control, this paper analysis the realistic reason.Then, refer to ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system, this Paper Put forward the view of setting up a quality management System frame, and proposes the view of establishing the process-based laboratory quality management system. All of these could make laboratory’s quality control really have effectiveness.The target of this study is to dispel the problem of formalization on ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system. The study starts from ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and end at laboratory’s processes, its quality management System frame established ISO/IEC 17025 requirements to the laboratory’s processes. Implementing this quality management System frame can ensure laboratory meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 standard.Based on theory analyses, implement this Paper‘s study in S Company first party laboratory, help to create, run and improve quality management system successfully. It validates the effects of process-based ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system.I sincerely hope this paper could provide helpful reference on the quality system construction of the companies and labs.
