Research On The Optimization Of Quality Management System In SY Laboratory

With the increasingly fierce competition in the third party testing industry,How to stand out from the laboratories has become a common problem for laboratory managers to find answers,the laboratorial testing and service quality will undoubtedly become a necessary condition for the survival and development of the laboratory.The SY laboratory is a testing laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS).SY laboratory builds the laboratory quality management system based on the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 ? General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories?,in order to integrate resources,innovate mechanism,expand market,enhance strength and create a world-class laboratory,and provide fair testing services to relevant departments and society.This paper attempts to use the advantages of new version of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015,combined with AHP to construct evaluation of laboratory quality management system of the quantitative model to evaluate the SY laboratory quality management system,find the problems,analyzes the reasons and puts forward the improvement countermeasures.By comparing ISO/IEC 17025:2005 with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015,we find ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 have more advantages in terms of technology requirements,process methods and awareness.The advantages of the above and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 combination,determine the evaluation index,structure evaluation model,the model use in evaluation quality management system of SY laboratory,find out the shortage in the lab quality management: personnel,environment,process,management and other aspects,and the existing problems of the reasons,including: quality and service awareness,the manager's leadership is not playing enough,quality performance evaluation system is not perfect,process management is not in place,will not be included in the system of risk management.Aiming at the reasons,the paper puts forward countermeasures for optimizing the quality management system,including: improving quality consciousness,exerting leadership role,strengthening process management,perfecting quality management evaluation,establishing risk management mechanism and realizing continuous improvement.
