Organic agriculture offers enormous potential for development, in recent years, it becomes the fastest growing one in various kinds of alternative agriculture. The development of organic agriculture can achieve the goal of agricultural sustainable development. As a big agricultural province, Heilongjiang Province should speed up the development of organic agriculture as well as promote the comprehensive benefits of organic agriculture.This paper first illustrated the research background, purpose and significance of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province, discriminated and elaborated the related concepts and basic theory of organic agriculture, laid the theoretical foundation of this article. Then, to get the inspiration through to summary and analysis the experience of the United States, Germany, Japan and Jiangsu, Shandong in improving comprehensive benefits. Secondly, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), constructed the evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province. On this basis, using the comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province, from the ecological, economic and social aspects. Then, by calculating the indexes’ degree of restriction, diagnosed the main restricting factors on the promotion of comprehensive benefits of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province. Finally, combining with the theoretical guidance and reference of the relevant experience at home and abroad, Put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions on further improve the comprehensive benefits of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province.Theoretical aspects, further enriched the theory of organic farming system, especially in the field of quantitative research, expanded the scale of the organic agriculture research. Practical aspects, help to promote the development of organic agriculture and the ascension of comprehensive benefits in Heilongjiang province.
