China is the world energy consumption and importer. Especially with the rapidgrowth of China's real estate industry, building energy consumption accounts for almosta third of the country's total energy consumption. Save energy and reduce buildingenergy consumption has become a focus of attention. Thus, from a macro and microlevel study of building energy management has important practical significance forChina to achieve sustainable energy development.On the basis of building energy management research at home and abroad,through the northwest of China Architecture Design&Research Co., Ltd.(hereinafterreferred to as: Northwest Hospital) building energy consumption and management offield research, combined with existing building energy management theory, theNorthwest Hospital energy management and energy development status characteristicsdiscussed outstanding issues on the northwest Hospital building energy management,because of institutional barriers and building high energy consumption. Based on thisanalysis of the Northwest School of typical energy management system designchallenges, energy consumption status and energy issues, and typical energy savingsystem was constructed to solve the problem of its specific programs. NorthwestHospital made a breakthrough energy efficient regulatory barrier specific measures andimplementation. Northwest Hospital building energy consumption by analysis ofhistorical data and to consider the future development of the business for several years,the establishment of the Northwest School of Public Reference Model building energymanagement and public building energy monitoring platform for the practical problems of building energy consumption Northwest Hospital and solutions construction of thenorthwest School of building energy management systems.
