| In recent years, the telecom industry is facing fierce competition. The talent turnover rate in the traditional communication enterprises is more and more higher. The communication enterprises are generally having a bad situation of keeping talents. So, how to retain talent has become a pressing matter of the moment of Telecom Enterprises. Human resource is the first competitive, how to find an effective way to keep the enterprise personnel and make this method through the whole career of the employee is important. The paper make the Z Corporation as the background and analysis the the staff list of Z company in the past 6 years, carried on the analysis to the talent situation of Z company. In accordance with the change of annual turnover rate, discovery the law of personnel changes in Z Company and provide data support. This paper designs a questionnaire for the research contents of this paper. From the percentage analysis of the questionnaire results, this paper elaborates various retention policies of talents in Z Company.
