Urban Land Intensive Utilization Research In Shandong Province

Land is the important material production to the survival of humans, is the carrierof human society all production and living activities. Along with the rapiddevelopment of economic society and the industrialization in our country,urbanization, the demand for land resources is increasing constantly, causing thecultivated land resources in our country decline sharply, the urban construction landarea rapidly increasing, and seriously threatened the security of grain production inChina. To alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of land, the actionof protecting cultivated land resources, urban construction land control blindexpansion, change the extensive land use pattern, and realize the sustainabledevelopment of cities, the research of l urban land intensive utilization, mining thepotential of land utilization has very important practical significance.Shandong province is an important energy in China, the traditional highconsumption of economic growth mode caused a large number of land resourcepresent extensively mode; Shandong province has the large population, per capitaland resources is relatively less, and urban construction land area is growing too fast,the direction of land use intensification is imperative. In this paper, on the basis ofsummarizing and mirroring the domestic and foreign relevant research presentsituation, combining with the actual situation of Shandong province analyzes theproblems of land use in Shandong province, on the basis, by building index system ofurban land intensive use in Shandong province are analyzed, and estimates the landintensive utilization potential of typical city, finally according to the results discussedthe optimization countermeasures of urban land intensive utilization.Firstly, the present situation of the land use structure, land use intensity, land useeconomic benefits for the urban land intensive utilization of17cities in Shandongprovince are analyzed, and points out its main problems: land use structure is notreasonable; urban construction area is increasing too fast, land population load is insufficient, urbanization extensionality is obvious; urban land use intensity is low,low economic output, the regional economic difference is obvious. On the basis ofthese problems, the index system of urban land intensive use by using qualitativeanalysis methods is established, the index weight is determined by analytic hierarchyprocess (AHP) and entropy value method, by the method of multi-factorcomprehensive evaluation of17cities in Shandong province construction landintensive utilization of land situation is analyzed, the result shows that: urban landintensive use level in Shandong province is on the rise as a whole, clear differencechange tendency; Land around the city ecological environment is good, theconstruction land input level and economic benefits have increased significantly, butits growth change process slightly different; Most of the urban land input and outputlevels are increasing year by year, such as Jinan, Qingdao. Weifang, Weihai and otherplaces as a result of the rapid expansion of construction land area land input andoutput level fluctuating on changes in time, and a significant decline in2012. thelevels of the urban land intensive utilization is lower overall, the regional difference isobvious and potentiality, on the whole the eastern region is higher than the westernregion; urban land intensive utilization level is positively correlated with theeconomic development level, and the coordination is poor, in good coordinationdevelopment class city only three city Qingdao, Yantai, Dongying, except inDongying city and other areas are in a state of relatively lagging economic level, theeconomic development level needs to improve. Secondly, analyses the typical cityland intensive utilization potential, and by means of adding the land economic outputper unit area can get larger potential scale. Finally, this paper put forward optimizingstrategy according to the existing problems of land intensive utilization, narrowing thedifference of area, to realize the sustainable use of land resources in Shandongprovince.
