Transport infrastructure is important promoting factor in the development of national economy, is the guarantee of economic and social undertakings development and support, economic development and transportation infrastructure complementary to each other. Economists have early through qualitative research pointed out that countries should build more roads, Bridges, canals and other transportation infrastructure to promote economic growth. At home, and there is a wide range of "to get rich first build roads" the concept of our country in recent years has been increasing investment in transportation infrastructure, but want to consider the rational allocation of transport infrastructure resources, on transport infrastructure resources configuration, should from the supply of transportation infrastructure and transportation infrastructure needs the coordination of consideration.The demand there are many factors influencing the transport infrastructure, such as economic factor, natural factor, geography factor, history factor and policy factor. Among them is undoubtedly a great influence on the economic factors. In this article, through selecting the first industry actual output and actual output, the second industry population as explained variables, the range of lines and is as explained variable to establish regression model, it is concluded that the demand of the transportation infrastructure, calculated regional transportation infrastructure gap value of each year. Finally, the paper concluded on the basis of the traffic resource allocation on China’s eastern, central and western regions is unbalanced, the eastern part of the transportation infrastructure level than in the central region. And in the western region the worst transport infrastructure level. The development of transport infrastructure should be compatible with the economic development and the development of transport infrastructure, not blind to invest, cannot treat as the same to focuses on the expansion of transport infrastructure, should according to the situation of the regional gap to reasonable allocation of transportation infrastructure investment funds, to rational allocation of transport infrastructure resources. According to the gap analysis our country should strengthen investment in most of the western and central regions, for the eastern region should intensify investment in hainan province.
