Diversity And Promotion Countermeasure Of Yunnan Rural Residents’ Income

Chinese rural economy is developing on the trend of diversity, income growth of rural households is declining year by year, variation range of property income and transferring income is narrow, the importance of wage growth become more and more obvious. Yunnan is relatively less developed than other provinces in China. Farmers’ income is related to economic improvement and social development of Yunnan Province, and to taking the same step with the rest of China towards the road of building a moderately prosperous society in2020. In recent years, Yunnan rural residents’income has been increased steadily and by a small margin, and salary income has been too small proportion of rural residents’ income and even much smaller than the proportion of the income in eastern, central, western, and northeastern parts of China. This phenomenon is not commonly seen, and worth of research and study.There are many reasons why the salary income of Yunnan rural residents is small, including external environmental factors and rural residents their own factors. In the aspect of supply and demand relationship in labor market, the rural residents usually don’t have good education background, and the cost of employee turnover and the cost of living in city is high, consequently, rural residents have little probability to be employed in urban area so that their salary income is definitely small. On the other side, the underdeveloped urban economy and the slow urbanization pace cause small capacity of accepting rural labor force. In spite of the main reason is, the low Yunnan rural residents’ salary income is bad for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, at the same time, it also has bad affection on agriculture, rural areas and national economy.The article is going to study the diversity of Yunnan rural residents’ income based on the analysis of the relevant data during2008and2012, in order to put forward countermeasures and solutions. The conclusion arrived by the data analyzing shows that the main factor, which is responsible for the low income of Yunnan rural residents, is the impropriate structure of income, especially the proportion of salary income in Yunnan rural residents’ income is much smaller than the average proportion of salary income in Chinese rural residents’ income, and also smaller than the proportion of salary income in residents’income in most parts of China. The proportion of salary income in rural residents’ income as a whole is impacted by multiple factors, such as concept, education degree, labor skills training, local natural environment and level of economic development and so on. Therefore, to increase rural residents’income, a variety of countermeasures operated at a same time would bring good results.
