Research On Measurement And Treatment Of College Students’Uncivilized Tourist Behavior In Kunming

As the quick development of our tourism and the uncivilized behaviors of tourism happen sometimes,the requirements of the state departments and social organizations to civilized travel are also more and more urgent, and the research of the tourism uncivilized behavior has become a hot topic in tourism academia.Tourist Uncivilized behavior refers to the Tourists behavior that does not meet the standard of moral in the tourism process.The tourism uncivilized behavior has four features of conformity, clustering, random and the variety which are are unique in the procedure of generating and spreading of the tourist uncivilized behaviors, which will provide an important basic for analyzing and solving tourist uncivilized behaviors.The paper uses five qualitative analysis methods which are the literature synthesis method, field survey, in-depth interviews, questionnaire, expert consultation method and four quantitative method which are adjusting the entropy method, principal component analysis, factor analysis, spatial distance method, taking about Kunming college students (including technical secondary school, junior college, undergraduate, master, Dr.) as the research object, using behavioral science theory, existentialism, cross culture theory and the push and pull theory as the main theoretical support, gaining the original data of the college students’behaviors by questionnaire, then through the methods above, analyzing the performance and reasons of Kunming College Students’tourism uncivilized behaviors, at last exploring the treatment measures of tourism uncivilized behaviors through the analysis conclusion using the model of "three force". This paper gets to some conclusions as follows:First, in the aspect of the theoretical analysis of tourism uncivilized behavior, by the inheritance of the previous, it gets to the initial formulation of the definition and concept of the tourism uncivilized behavior, producing destructive results is identified as tourist uncivilized behavior; it summarized the four basic features of the tourism uncivilized behavior:conformity, clustering, randomness and variety; and cleared the generation, propagation path and process of the tourist uncivilized behavior based on the external environment and internal stimuli.Second, in the practical research on Kunming college students, by the quantitative analysis, it gets clearly the overall situation of the Kunming University tourism uncivilized behavior and the main performance of the tourism uncivilized behavior and the reasons generated, after analysis, Kunming University Students Tourism accomplishment index is in70-80, which is ideal, tourism uncivilized behavior is produced mainly in the aspect of the tourist, the main reason generated is mainly the external reasons, mainly for the shortage of facilities and equipment, unclear expressions and other tourist behavior induced. Through gender, education, tourism; experience and growth environment in the four dimensions it further analyzes the tourist uncivilized behavior of college students in different groups, the analysis shows:boy college students scored slightly less than girl college students, Northern college students, slightly less than southern college students, which shows a significant difference, while in the aspect of the tourism experience and education level surface, Although the middle level score slightly higher than others, but overall difference is not big.Third, in the aspect of the correction the tourism uncivilized behavior, based on the traditional theory of "push and pull", it adopts "Tuoli", formed "Sanli" model of the tourism uncivilized behavior correction,which is the horizontal encourage pull, punitive thrust and longitudinal security uplift forces; On the sequence problems of the15kinds of the tourism uncivilized behavior correction, the round calculates the urgency, importance and difficulty of the15kinds of the tourism uncivilized behaviors to form three-dimensional coordinates, then calculate the space distance between the space coordinates points to the ideal point to determine the correction time order, getting the conclusion that the first treatment is two problems, one is not to understand and not to respect the customs and beliefs in the tourism destination, another is the improper operation and use of the tourism facilities and equipment, and waste problem should be regulated by the market mechanism, that can be corrected in the last order.The innovation of this paper is mainly focused on the following aspects:First, the paper use quantitative research methods make research object focus to the tourism behavior of college students that is more civilized, through their civilized behaviors to shaping other tourist groups; Second, tentative analysis of the path and mechanism of the generation and transmission of tourists uncivilized behavior;Third, based on the traditional theory of "push and pull", it adopts "Tuoli", formed "Sanli" model of the tourism uncivilized behavior correction; Last, At the aspect of correct sequence of Tourists uncivilized behavior, use The distance between two points in three-dimensional space structure as a judge for the order.It has certain theoretical significance and practical significance of this study. The theoretical significance is mainly reflected in three aspects:First, explore new applications of the traditional theory and the traditional method; Second, make research object focus on a particular group highly; Third, improve the research of the tourism uncivilized behavior. Practical significance is mainly reflected in the guidance of Kunming tourism behavior of college students and provide references to other regions and tourism research groups.
