Evaluation On The Implementation Benefit Of Land Comprehensive Treatment Projects

Land resource has become a necessary material base of human society development, however, with the rapid development of society, the status quo of more people and less land,and scarcer land resources available has become a bottleneck for the further economic development. In order to better carry through the basic policy, eating first and construction second, the comprehensive land reclamation work certainly will be carried out.The study on the evaluation of comprehensive benefits of land reclamation, can not only find existing defects in the work, but also make suggestions for progressing well. It is of great importance for better work.The article made the evaluation of comprehensive benefits about the land reclamation project of Songshenggong country in Shawan county, built the evaluation index system and evaluation model of comprehensive benefits of the land improvement project. By the fuzzy mathematical model, further studied the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land regulation, and put forward existing problems and the Suggestions of land management work. The study could provide the reference for relevant departments in Shawan county and the future work about land reclamation project. It had a certain realistic guiding significance in land management and the evaluation of comprehensive efficiency of land consolidation.The primary conclusions were as follows:1. By the score of evaluation of comprehensive benefits about the land reclamation project of Songshenggong country in Shawan county, it was observed that the economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit still had certain improvement.2. The land reclamation of Songshenggong country still had room for improvement in the economic, ecological and social aspects.3. There were some problems such as low degree of capital integration,subject vacancy of later management.
