The rise of the Internet and e-commerce make the society great changes have taken place in life,and also bring new opportunities for economic growth. At the same time,China’s international economic market is not optimistic,the impact of the financial crisis,the global downtown pressure on the economy,China’s foreign trade oriented enterprises have a strong impact on the traditional style. But with the development of e-commerce,cross-border electronic commerce gradually stepped onto the historical stage,as the best way to improve our country foreign trade oriented enterprises to transition to the new enterprise traditional.This paper summarized from different aspects the definition about e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce,entrepreneurship,the business enterprise performance,and determined in this paper the definition about the e-commerce, the cross-border e-commerce,the entrepreneurship,and the business enterprise performance. According to cognitive theory, resource-based theory,this article divided business enterprise internal factors from the enterprise decision makers, products, organizational factors, with this three dimensions to verify the impact on the business enterprise performance; According to the social network theory, population ecology theory, system basis theory, this paper determined the external factors mainly from the target countries and country market, economic, political, cultural and other aspects of the influence of the business enterprise performance. Based on this and previous literature, this paper determined 12 hypothesis,maked cross-border e-commerce Entrepreneurial enterprise performance influences of the questionnaire, and analyzed the data. Through analyzing reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is appropriate, has certain reliability and consistency, also has a significant correlation between each variable of each dimension which suitable for regression analysis, 12 hypothesis is validated with multiple linear regression analysis.the analysis results show that cross-border e-commerce environment and the external factors of the target host organization factors in the environment, the internal factors of product and enterprise decision makers have positive correlation with the financial performance and non-financial performance, external factors and internal factors also has significant correlation.
