The Factor Of Rural Poor Into Poverty And Policy Adjustment

Poverty has been a worldwide research,as a large agricultural country, the situation is particularly severe in rural poverty,there is a long way to go. This means that to solve the problem of poverty must clarify the basic problems of the rural population: At the first,it need to analyze the current status of the rural poor;Second, on the basis of the situation, it need explore the factor of rural poor person from the perspective of the rural poor population;Third,at the combination of the governmentled rural poverty, it need to analyze the disadvantage of government’s rural poverty reduction behavior and provide the appropriate countermeasures.In this essay, from the perspective of poverty analysis, it is combined with the existing literature, policies,sort data and the praction of countryside, the research has found that: rural residents facing housing, income, education, physical and psychological aspects of the crisis caused by the poor.At present, although the government conducted the rural life with other aspects of social,medical assistance, and achieved great success, but parts of the population still have nont get rid of poverty, past a large area the presence of pro-poor policies in the process of implementing some shortcomings: poverty reduction objectives shifted, poor use of resources lack of supervision and management, poverty alleviation and feedback mechanisms are inadequate, lack of these policies affect the rural poor out of poverty.So it neeed take precise approaches to poverty reduction and strengthen enthusiasm and participation of the rural person.One side,it need strengthen accurate poverty for rural poverty reduction target, strengthen poverty alleviation resources monitoring and management, reduce waste poverty of resources, improve the poor performance feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of poverty, for another side, faced with the micro-level practical problems faced by the rural poor, it need improve the rural housing security policies, education policy, social security, and cultural policies.I hope that it can solve poverty for people.However, due to the time of exploration, this article is short of quantitative research on the causes of the rural poor to poverty, policy analysis is not perfect.
