The 18 th National Congress of the Party clearly put forward the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020,emphasizing the need to further promote the construction of new rural areas and poverty alleviation and development,and comprehensively improve the conditions of production and living in rural areas.The 19 th CPC National Congress of the Party solemnly declares that it will ensure that by 2020,the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty under the current standards of our country,and that the poor and the poor areas will join the whole country in entering a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,our country has taken a series of measures to governance poverty and tackle key problems,with outstanding results,the number of poor people declining year by year,the people's living standards improving year by year,the problem of absolute poverty has been effectively governanced,and absolute poverty will be completely eliminated in 2020.But
