Electronic commerce greatly challenges the traditional shopping mode with its convenient, quick and zero space, low cost, easy to return and exchange, safe and efficient logistics, thus it affects the values of the masses, life style and the way of competition, with China’s sustained and rapid development of information technology. There is a different moral main body structure and interest structure from traditional trading in the process of e-commerce operations, some ethical problems, hinder the development of electronic commerce which is in the booming.Ethical thinking on these issues will be helpful for transactions, other participants, the market order and social trends.Moral dilemma existing in the current e-commerce is mainly embodied in the two groups of unethical behavior and interest conflict, one is the problem of integrity, goods quality, false shipping information, the seller’s false hype, returns or replacement, trade fair question and so on in unethical behavior and interest conflict. The other kind is service quality problem of online trading platform, goods logistics services and payment and settlement issues of a third party service quality brings the benefits of the dispute. In addition to existing e-commerce birth defects, its reason includes insufficient e-commerce ethics supply, body qualification lack of credit evaluation, lack of moral self-discipline of e-commerce participants, information asymmetry among transaction parties, no exact moral supervision responsibility of trading process and so on.E-commerce must go beyond the current moral dilemmas. Its concrete ideas and measures are: the effective operation of two-dimensional electronic commerce credit system, the third party credit services and authentication institutions, social credit management system, these three aspects ensure the improvement of the social credit system; moral self-discipline of participants(the seller and a third party) in trade and moral supervision of trading participants to guarantee e-commerce industry internal moral self-discipline; Electronic commerce legislation, rewards and punishment mechanism, clear electronic business ethics; cultivation the honest trading consciousness and integrity consumption habits of the whole society, formation of the social support system e-commerce morality.
