The Coupling Relationship Between Urumqi Construction Land Use And Economic Development

The economic and social development of Urumqi city has entered a rapid development stage. Because of the influence of topography and the scarcity of land resources, the economic development and the construction land demand contradiction in Urumqi is becoming more and more serious, so deepening land intensive use has become an inevitable trend. For the study of the relationship between Urumqi construction land use and economic development can better understand the construction land use role in economic development, from the angle coupling, this article proposed construction land use to provide protection for the sustainable economic development approach.Firstly, this paper leads to the relationship between the construction land use and economic development, taking the related indicators as the basis for correlation analysis; secondly we built the construction land use subsystem and economic development subsystem based systems theory, it is explored more in depth to further the study into arctangent function and coupling model; Then we analysis spatial difference of the coupling system on two levels, Finally, the conclusions are drawn.Economic developments and the construction land intensive use closely related in Urumqi, in the arctangent function model, the coordination of two systems get worse.
