As economic construction continues to move forward,China's urbanization began to enter a stage of rapid development,The phenomenon of arable land reduction continues to exist due to urban expansion,people once again pay great attention to food security issues,how to coordinate the urban expansion of land demand and the number of cultivated land To protect this problem is an important task facing the current managers,but also the focus of the research carried out by scholars.The relationship between urbanization and the change of cultivated land quantity has a significant impact on the realization of new urbanization in China,which affects the realization of red line target and grain self-sufficiency.Based on the theory of sustainable development,human-land relationship theory,system theory and external effect theory,this paper constructs the index system of urbanization level by using compound index method and calculates the corresponding urbanization indicators by entropy method.The urbanization index and the urbanization index were used to calculate the urbanization and the quantity of cultivated land in Baise City at the time and space level from 2001 to 2015,and then the STIRPAT model was used to calculate the elasticity of the driving force of each urbanization index And then use the coupling degree development model to calculate the D value of urbanization and land quantity and analyze it.Finally,the spatial autocorrelation method is used to analyze the spatial agglomeration characteristics of D value,and then the conclusions are drawn and the benefits of urbanization and cultivated land protection are discussed.Development countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the time series,the total urbanization level of Baise City has increased while the number of cultivated land has increased.In recent years,the rate of increase of cultivated land has slowed down;the population,economic and social development level has been improved comprehensively.The development level and the changing trend are different,the socialized urbanization level is the highest,and the development of the population urbanization lags behind the economic urbanization and the socialization of the city.In the spatial sequence,the overall urbanization level of Baise City in 2015 is quite different,and the urbanization level of the four counties(districts)of Youjiang River is higher and the urbanization level of the southern county(city)is higher than that of the northern mountainous county.During the study period,the average annual growth rate of comprehensive urbanization is not very different.The distribution of urbanization and average annual growth rate is not similar.The urbanization rate of urbanization is not necessarily fast,the urbanization level is low The speed is not necessarily slow.The abundance of cultivated land is high in the south and north,and the average annual growth rate of cultivated land in most areas is positive.(2)Based on the STIRPAT model,the relationship between the number of cultivated land and the urbanization factors in Baise City was analyzed.The results showed that population density,per capita GDP,proportion of second and third industry added value,number of mobile phone users at the end of the year,Internet broadband access users,The number of full-time teachers and the technical staff of medical and health institutions of these seven driving factors on the number of cultivated land changes in the elastic coefficient were 0.1650,0.1596,0.1387,0.1468,0.1288,0.1665 and 0.1692.(3)By means of the coupled development degree model,the coupling degree of urbanization and cultivated land quantity of 12 counties(cities,districts)in Baise City is found.The D value difference between the regions of Baise is obvious,and the order of D value is: The spatial distribution of the D value is obviously different.The D value of the Youjiang River valley is always the highest in 2001 and 2015,and the spatial distribution of the D value is always the highest.,The difference between north and south,the southern county(city)higher than the northern county.D value growth rate is positive,indicating that in the vertical comparison with their own,relative to the beginning of the study of urbanization and the number of cultivated land in the relationship between the coordination of the relationship between the end of the study have been optimized.The spatial autocorrelation characteristics of urbanization and cropland coupling degree were studied by spatial autocorrelation method.Global spatial autocorrelation analysis was performed.Under the obvious condition of 0.05,the results of bilateral significant tests were as follows: 2006,2011,2012,2013,2014 and 2015,of which,2011,the highest value of Global Moran's I;LISA agglomeration analysis of the results,in 2006 there is only a spatial association form HL type,distributed in Longlin various ethnic autonomous counties,2011 and 2012 The spatial distribution of LISA agglomeration maps of D values is consistent in 2013,2014,2015 and 2015.In the bivariate spatial autocorrelation analysis of urbanization and cultivated land,all years are tested by significance,the spatial agglomeration characteristics of different years are different.The main reason for this phenomenon is the influence of geographical location and topography.
