Research On The Coupling Relationship Between The Urbanization Level And Intensive Use Of Construction Land In Nanchong City

The 18 th party congress proposed to adhere to the new-typed urbanization road, which will definitely promote the demands for land as a drastic measure,especially the demand for construction land. However, the scarcity of land resources claim requires a scientific, rational and efficient development as well as utilization of land resources. Research on urbanization and intensive use of construction land can clearly realize the close relationship between the urbanization and intensive use of construction land, which is particularly important to achieve a mutual promotion and common development of each other, providing the basis of putting forward to promoting urbanization and intensive use of the construction land the related countermeasures and suggestions. In such case, it will promote a coordinated and healthy development of cities.On the basis of relevant research and existing results, this paper adopts the combination of theory and empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis,static and dynamic combination and so on, selecting Nanchong City as the research object. It combines the local situation from the following three aspectspopulation, economy, land, selecting seven indexes related to the establishment of Nanchong city urbanization level comprehensive evaluation index system. What’s more, according to the flowing four aspects, input intensity, the intensity, output efficiency, sustainable ability, we chose 17 Indicators Establishment of Nanchong City construction land intensive utilization evaluation index system. Then, we used the principal component analysis method with the help of SPSS, EXCEL and other professional software to measure the level of land intensive use of construction and urbanization level of Nanchong City from 1997 to 2013. The results showed that the level of urbanization increased from 42.04 in 1997 to82.04 in 2013, and the level of construction land intensive utilization increased from 42.89 in 1997 to 82.89 in 2013. On the basis of using coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model from the time angle, the coupling relationship of the two for longitudinal analysis confirmed that the two systems have a close relationship. The coupling of the two has maintained a relatively stable state in a high level, standing in a high level of coupling phase in the long-run. The coupling coordination degree between the two systems has experienced the primary coordination type, intermediate coordination type and the good coordination type, for example, the process from 0.6516 in 1997 to 0.9081 in 2013. Judging by the results of the analysis of each part, the structure, the household registration system, industrial layout, etc, we came up with the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the Nanchong city urbanization level, the utilization level of construction land intensive as well as their synchronization.
