The construction of Enterprise harmonious labor relations is not only related to the enterprise’s long-term healthy development, but also affect the harmonious and stability of a country. Since the reform and opening up, with the development of market economy in our country, our country enterprise labor relations have undergone major changes, the problem of labor relations increased dramatically and showing a dominant, complex trend, It hinders the stable development of enterprises of our country and society, so we should pay more attention to the management problems of labor relations, in order to alleviate the conflict between labor and management.Based on the analysis of relevant date about the labor disputes in China, we found that our country’s labor and capital conflicts are deepening, showing a more complex trend, and workers are in a weaker position than the capitalists, this indicates that the current labor relations management mechanism of our country exists failure situation, and an important reason is that the labor relationship management main body is not full play their roles.. But what is the indispensable main body of labor relations management have not unified view. Therefore, this article through the questionnaire survey analysis, found that the government, enterprises owners, news media, employees and union (represent the interests of employees) are the important subject of labor relation management of enterprises, government guidance force, media supervision, self-control force staff, management ability and trade unions force is indispensable to building a harmonious labor relation of power. In order to maximize the power, The government, enterprises, trade unions, media and laborer must cooperate, to reduce unnecessary friction between each other, If the subject of mutual cooperation, it will produce the overall effect. However, interactions between the five main play are not the simple addition of five forces, it needs a coherent set of matching mechanism, so we should analysis on the influence factors about "Five Forces" Linkage Management mechanisms. Through interviews and questionnaires, the important factors to influence our "five linkage" of the management mechanism are analyzed, on the basis of this, put forward to the basic management ideas, coordination mechanism and security advice about to improve the "five forces" linkage of labor relation management system, in order to realize the effective government guidance, union negotiation, media supervision, enterprise management and worker self management, in order to make the best of each subject, to provide new ideas for the construction of harmonious labor relations in enterprises.
