Twenty-first century arrival of the Internet economy era, along with the global economic integration, the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises must improve their competitiveness through, comply with the development and changes of the times, to create development strategies with the characteristics of the adjusted corporate culture construction, helps to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
