Tai’an High-tech Zoneinvestment Promotion Countermeasures Research

Since the reform and opening up, the position of High-tech zone development in national economic development has become more and more prominent.As an important aspect of the work of High-tech zones,investment played a huge role in promoting rapid scientific development of High-tech zone. However,with the accelerated process of economic globalization,China’s economic development has entered a new normal, investment work is facing serious challenges.In Tai’an High-tech Zone,for example,there was important practical significance for the development of High-tech zones to achieve scientific leaps and bounds to deeply explore the reasons behind these problems and search for targeted solutions.In this paper,the status of Tai’an High-tech zones in attracting foreign investment and the problems were summarized based on the review of previous research literature at home and abroad.The results showed that the main problems existing in the investment work of Tai’an high-tech zone at present were the more and more difficulty of investment promotion and capital introduction,low project contribution rate and the slow project construction rate. The reasons of international, domestic, social environment, natural environment of these problems are were analyzed.Finally, the solutions were proposed looking forward to improve the quality of the project,resolve the current conflicts and problems, promote the investment work to a higher level and lead the High-tech zone to achieve better and faster development.Then we should enhance the pertinence, further optimize the development environment and enhance targeted investment.
