Under the background of social transformation,the phenomenon of moral landslide can be seen everywhere, A series of problems, such as,food and drug safety,wage arrears for migrant workers,coalmine accident and high pollution emissions etc,not only caused serious impact in the community,but also reduced the public trust to the enterprise. What’s more,the healthy development of enterprises are also affected.Good ethical climate can induce and improve the moral behavior of staff and promote the sustainable development for enterprises.So,how to improve the employee’s job attitude and performance by creating a good ethical climate has became a problem which the managers need to face.This study aimed to explore the effect of organizational ethical climate on job performance in China,expecting to provide a beneficial enlightenment for the practice of enterprise management. On the basis of reviewing the related literature of organizational ethical climate and work attitude and job performance,this study defined the ethical climate and other related concepts,at the same time,it also explored the relationship between organizational ethical climate,work attitude and job performance,proposed the hypothesis of the research which tested by using correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that the ethical climate of caring and rules have significant positive influence on job performance,besides,caring,law and code and rules have significant positive influence on job satisfaction and affective commitment,In addition, job satisfaction and affective commitment have significant positive influence on job performance which also play a full mediating effects on caring ethical climate and job performance and a part of mediating effects on rules ethical climate and job performance.Finally,this study explored the strategies of management practice on the base of sorting out the results,the limitation and future prospects were discussed at the end of the paper.
