Research On The Interactive Relationship Among Stakeholders In Rural Tourism Development

The development of rural tourism is vital for rural areas.At present,rural tourism has become the main body of Chinese tourism.Rural tourism has become essential to increase farmers' income as well as the rural economy.However,the interaction between different stakeholders is complicated,sometimes there might have contradictions and conflicts.But it is not the main part of rural tourism development.The study has constructed a benign interactive model through analyzing the interaction among different stakeholders.Therefore it has academic and realistic significance for industrial development,Based on the survey and field work in H.Village in Wu yuan County,this paper has taken the change process of rural tourism development in H.village as the main materials.By adopting Bourdieu's field theory,it also analyzed the interaction between different stakeholders.Moreover,this paper takes the series of interactive events between the local government,the tourism enterprises and the community in the early and late period of rural tourism development in H.village as the clue.By observing the interaction between the different stakeholders in the rural tourism development practice from the internal angle and the micro level,this study tries to explore practice logic of the stakeholders.It is found that there are different forms of interaction between different stakeholders in the development of rural tourism in different stages.In the early stage of rural tourism development in H.village,the interaction between the three stakeholders in the community,the local government and the tourism enterprises is through the land property rights transfer and the development mode.There are contradictions and conflicts between the different stakeholders,ultimately the community residents would compromise.In the late stage of the development of rural tourism,the interaction between different stakeholders has evolved into cooperative and competitive relationship.On the one hand,there are clear property rights,ancient village protection and the in situ urbanization and other advantages,but on the other hand there is uneven interest,community disorder and rural tourism rely on the disappearance of live culture and other limitations of the interactive relationship between the stakeholders in the development of rural tourism in H.village.Based on this study,in order to construct an interaction mechanism more activeand positive,it should fully considers the interests of all parties,including the establishment of coordinating interests,reasonable distribution of interests interaction mechanism,strengthening community participation,promoting the sustainable and healthy development of rural tourism.
