Chinese Liquor is a traditional and advantage products for China. But very few export for a long time, especially the European and American markets. Investigate its reason; the technical barriers to trade become Chinese liquor exports Europe and The US in the biggest obstacles. How to study and eliminate these barriers, clear the way for Chinese liquor into the European and American market, it is a very important topic to research it. The author aimed at the impact study on technical barriers to trade of Europe and the US to Chinese Liquor, hope to help Chinese liquor exports Europe and the US markets.In this paper, firstly describes the development situation of Chinese liquor international trade. Then introduced the Europe and the United States for food products to implement the major form of technical barriers to trade、main types and formation mechanism of technical barriers to trade for Chinese liquor, From different aspects and angles analyzed the reason. Then the author using the equilibrium analysis methods to analyze the technical trade barriers to Chinese liquor in quantity control, price control, deterioration of trade terms to reduce the effect of social welfare etc from the economic effect. Finally from three aspects based on: national, scientific research institutions, enterprises are given to prevent and deal with technical barriers to trade countermeasures and Suggestions. To enhance and improve the Chinese liquor industry standards and the process of construction, has important practical significance to promote the development of the internationalization of Chinese liquor.
