Then introduced the Europe and the United States for food products to implement the major form of technical barriers to trade、main types and formation mechanism of technical barriers to trade for Chinese liquor, From different aspects and angles analyzed the reason. Then the author using the equilibrium analysis methods to analyze the technical trade barriers to Chinese liquor in quantity control, price control, deterioration of trade terms to reduce the effect of social welfare etc from the economic effect. Finally from three aspects based on: national, scientific research institutions, enterprises are given to prevent and deal with technical barriers to trade countermeasures and Suggestions. To enhance and improve the Chinese liquor industry standards and the process of construction, has important practical significance to promote the development of the internationalization of Chinese liquor.
