Study On The Effect Mechanism Of Entrepreneur Activity Upon The Enterprise Life Cycle

The main purpose of writing this article is to analyze entrepreneurs and entrepreneur activity, and to solve the life cycle of enterprise problem, through the perspective.Nowadays , the attentions to entrepreneurs have never been decreased. Theoretical studies on entrepreneurs have never come to a standstill, among the current theory researches related to entrepreneurship, the entrepreneur activity theory tends to be more and more important.Uncertainty which affect the life cycle of enterprises is the problem that enterprises often have to face,While the best person to deal with uncertainty is entrepreneur. But the definition of entrepreneurs is still on controversy,some scholars have the view that definitions change as the time change. As many scholars definite entrepreneurs in terms of their functions,the entrepreneur is a function definition in stead of a entity one. That is to say,"who are entrepreneurs"is not important,"what entrepreneurs do"is most important. Moreover, entrepreneurs are scarce resources, to be a entrepreneur needs special human capital, so the practical significance of studying this problem is limited. However,entrepreneurs activity does not have the same problem. According to the theory of Jiyun etc,everyone can do entrepreneurs activity,which makes the research really valuable.This article holds the view that the activity of entrepreneurs includes entrepreneur activity and non-entrepreneur activity,which have different effects with the same essence. This article defines the entrepreneur activity and entrepreneurs separately and also summarizes the scope of entrepreneur activity. Entrepreneurs are defined as managers who have both creative ability and strategic decision-making ability .The definition of entrepreneur activity is the innovative activity under uncertainty .the nature of entrepreneur activity is innovation;the key areas of entrepreneurs activity are to capture market opportunities,to integrate resources,to coordinate interest relationship,to innovate activities,to learn activities, to shape the enterprise culture .the key areas of Non-entrepreneurs activity are to capture market opportunities,to coordinate the relationship,to innovate activities and to learn activities. Entrepreneurs activity is affected by a lot of factors,including external factors,internal factors and the main part factors of entrepreneurial activity. This article also points out that entrepreneurship has the life cycle,too. The breakthrough of research on its life cycle is valuable.By summarizing business Production function theory,Transaction cost theory, Supply contracts theory,Teamwork production theory and Corporation Competence theory,this article finds some needed theoretical basis. Through the analysis of the important link and the entrepreneurs function during the development of enterprise,Entrepreneurs effect on the development of enterprise, and then get to the effect mechanism of entrepreneur activity upon the enterprise development: entrepreneur activity affect all the important aspects in the enterprise development, through increasing and enhancing the entrepreneurs activity, enterprises set up the stable relationship with the elements, reduce enterprise transaction costs, increase the core competitiveness of the enterprises, so as to promote enterprise development, but entrepreneurs and entrepreneur activities be subject to a number of factors, these problems can be solved by the system, study and the production team. The article gets the mechanism of entrepreneur activity affecting on the development of enterprise. With adoption of the conclusions,features on the various stages of the life cycle of enterprise,the important links and questions,we do further analysis on mechanism of entrepreneur activity affecting on the enterprise life cycle. Finally,we test our conclusions by cases analysises.
