During the Chinese economic reform of more than 30 years, both the society and economy of our country are developing rapidly, the conception of Human Resource already are recognized and accepted by more and more Chinese organizations such as companies, the employees are the most important resource of companies, their labor and growth are the original foundation and source for the development of companies. The employees’ job satisfaction, conscientiousness and job performance all have close relationship with the companies’ entire performance on some degree. All of them have important influence on the final growth of companies.The employees’ job satisfaction, conscientiousness and job performance all are important factors the companies focus on. With empirical research methods by doing questionnaire survey, this paper will explore, analyze and elaborate the respective relationships among job satisfaction, job conscientiousness and job performance of company employees.The sample populations are from several companies of different industries, mainly located in Henan Province. On the foundation of the questionnaire survey, this paper uses different statistical analysis techniques, such as reliability analysis, general descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, to preliminarily explore the respective relationships among job satisfaction, job conscientiousness and job performance of company employees, and analyze whether the employees’ job conscientiousness will have mediating effect or not between their job satisfaction and job performance.The followings are the conclusions of this paper:(1)There is no significant linear correlation between job satisfaction and job conscientiou sness of the company employees.(2)There is positive significant linear correlation between job conscientiousness and job performance of the company employees.(3)There is no significant linear correlation between job satisfaction and job conscientiou sness of the company employees, but parts of their respective structural dimensions have linear cor relation on some degree.(4)The employees’ job conscientiousness has part mediating effect between their job sati sfaction and job performance.
