The Study On Evaluate Of Agricultural Production Efficiency In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

Heilongjiang reclamation is located in the Northeast Plain of China, which is not only the major grain production bases of China, but also the largest state-owned farms clustered economic zone. Since founded in 1947, Heilongjiang reclamation has formed a matured agricultural production system, a huge production team, and complete production structure by 60 years of development. Agricultural productivity is the core issue of agricultural production, the basic of improving food production in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area and Heilongjiang Reclamation GDP. Furthermore, Agricultural productivity plays an important role in agricultural production and agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang reclamation. However, agricultural production in Heilongjiang Reclamation has still some issues that have been restricted reclamation of agricultural development in some extent. Therefore, on this basis, this paper has evaluated and analyzed the efficiency of agricultural production of Heilongjiang Reclamation in order to solve these problems to promote the sustainable development of agricultural production in Heilongjiang Reclamation, improve agricultural productivity and competitiveness of agricultural production and promote the process of agricultural development.This paper conducts a survey, carding and comprehensive arrangement to the date of the production of Heilongjiang Reclamation year by year, and contracts 10 management bureaus in Heilongjiang Reclamation. Based on this, this paper regards comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency as factors of agricultural production efficiency and carries out deepen decomposition study, choosing Heilongjiang Reclamation and its subsidiaries 10 charge of the Bureau (Baoquanling branch, Hongxinglong branch, Jiansanjiang branch, Mudanjiang branch, bei’an branch and so on.) Using PCA, BCC, CCR and Malmquist four models, this paper researches empirically input-output technical efficiency, scale efficiency, "projection" adjustments and efficiency trends of agricultural production from 2001 to 2012 in Heilongjiang Reclamation. Finally, this paper analyzes explore effective ways for improving agriculture productivity in Heilongjiang Reclamation, provide targeted reference and suggestions for the development of relevant policies to make agricultural production in Heilongjiang Reclamation better, faster, more stable and sustainable development.
