Research On KIBS’ Development Mechanism Of Prefecture-level City In Hubei

China’s reform and opening-up policy has been implemented for thirty-seven years, China’s economy from closed to open, develop manufacturing industry which is particularly prominent. China attracted a large number of different manufacturing industries of foreign investment, because of industrial products made in China are exported to all over the world and is known around the world, however, the service sector has been slow. While the face of pressure from various quarters of economic growth, China has begun to realize the important role of industry dynamics position adjustment for stable economic status, and promote economic development. Thus, technology and innovation management as the core of the knowledge-intensive service sector,which has become the backbone of China’s economic development promotion.Through internal relations theory, and its relationship between industrial structure and economic growth, and learned that an industrial structure of the country which is constantly changing, and dynamic. With the social division of labor is getting smaller, more and more scientific links between the industry becoming more closely, also found that a need for a lot of money and labor inputs of the first and second industry is not with the increase in capital and labor inputs and increase in demand, when the industry is saturated, industrial added value will no longer be increased.After a preliminary analysis, from the four indicators, not only the number and proportion of the development situation in Hubei and other ground-level, knowledge-intensive services will be explained. We found that the prefecture-level city of knowledge-intensive services : the biggest feature is the relatively stable development and gross, the proportion is maintained at a value with small fluctuations up and down, except for the development of Suizhou.Under the guidance of system dynamics approach, starting with the view of input-output point of all the factors, from the perspective of the causal feedback further classified. Learned, knowledge-intensive services is a continuous process of production and exchange, which is very similar to the content of other economic systems. Verify that knowledge is closely factor related to inputs, and make knowledge-intensive service system divided into six categories.Finally, scientific and feasible policies and proposals put forward for the development of the prefecture-level city in Hubei intensive business service.
