At present, small and medium-sized enterprise has become one of the main body of the socialist market economy in our country. Innovation ability is the basic element, decided to enterprise survival and development and talent training ability of innovation ability is of an enterprise. Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country at present stage in the process of development, focus on there is a serious brain drain phenomenon, excellent talents to long-term stay in the enterprise, thus to a large extent affect the ability of the enterprise innovation. The study to our country small and medium-sized enterprise retention status as the main research object, through the analysis of the status quo, the system summed up out of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the retention strategy of a series of problems existing in the implementation process, and connecting with the domestic and foreign relevant theory research results and practical experience, on how to fully solve the problem, improve the level of domestic small and medium-sized enterprise retention puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of the system, and thus to domestic small and medium-sized enterprises provide a certain reference value.
