With the quiet arrival of the Internet big data era,information science and network technology have become the dominant economic growth.Large and small Internet companies have developed like "springs",the scale of the Internet market continues to expand,and fierce market competition will inevitably lead to the battle for technical talents among Internet companies.In today's era,talent is undoubtedly the most important resource for the survival and development of enterprises.This is especially true for small and medium-sized Internet companies.In small and medium-sized Internet enterprises,technical talents are the key factor for enterprise development.The loss of technical talents not only increases the operating costs of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises,but also affects the healthy and rapid development of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises and reduces the efficiency of enterprises.Faced with greater losses.Solving the problem of technical brain drain in small and medium-sized Internet enterprises is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of the Internet industry.This dissertation first expounds the theory,model and development of brain drain at home and abroad,and then takes the basic situation of S company and the current situation of technical talent loss as an example to study the brain drain of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises.This dissertation starts from the needs of small and medium-sized Internet companies and technical talents,using literature research methods,questionnaires,interviews,model analysis and other methods,on the one hand combined with relevant theoretical research and China's national conditions,on the other hand from the human resources salary and welfare,performance The modules such as planning and training analyze the reasons for the brain drain of S company and summarize the countermeasures to solve the problem of technical talent loss.Specific measures include:giving technical personnel full authorization,increasing the sense of participation;rationally distributing work and improving sense of value;improving the reward and performance incentive mechanism;improving the management level and overall quality of managers;establishing and improving a multichannel career track;Improve the satisfaction of relatives;expand advertising and so on.Multi-pronged approach,I hope to provide some reference for small and medium-sized Internet companies to reduce brain drain,and promote small and medium-sized Internet companies to develop healthily and rapidly.
