Because of these differences, there are differences in regional tourism development. In the process of economic and social development, the regional tourism economic development is not balanced. To study and analyze the difference of regional tourism economy, it can make the tourism resources get the most full play, and the tourism production factor to carry on the reasonable space control, the other party can clear the key point of the tourism development, this research has very important significance.Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of as the research object, from the county level administrative units as a starting point, comprehensive analysis of the differences in tourism economic development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture 2003- 2013, the use of a single indicator and a number of indicators to analyze the problem, through the absolute difference and relative difference of total tourism revenue in Xiangxi Prefecture 2003-2013 regional tourism economic development, including time and space two aspects, the overall regional differences of tourism economy in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) 2003- 2013, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, city and county tourism economic absolute difference expands unceasingly, relative difference is becoming more and more narrow.
