The present study deals with the strategic planning and implementation of Vats Group(Jinliufu Co. Ltd). It mainly analyzed the inner and outer strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat(SWOT) of the corporation, and therefore gave some suggestions on selecting and implementing the developmental strategies for the corporation.At present, Vats Group is now under its adjustment and development. The industry policy and economical environment show that the white wine industry has already passed its golden period of development. Those factors as “restricting overspending on vehicles, receptions and overseas trips”, “alcohol prohibition”, and “drunk driving into Criminal law” limit the white wine consumption, especially the high-end consumption. While the governmental wine consumption declines and the commoner wine consumption increases, the market gradually return to be reasonable as mass consumption becomes predominating. There are also some opportunities, such as the continuous growth of mid-end and low-end consumption demanding, the rapid development of e-business, etc.Analyzing from the domestic advantages and disadvantages of the corporation, Vats Group(Jinliufu Co. Ltd) has experienced its fast development and expansion for more than ten years, and it has some competitive advantages in branding strategy, marketing management, product mix, and human resources. However, it also has its disadvantages, such as lack of new product innovation, lack of working team’s driving force, brand outdated, etc.On the basis of analyzing the inner and outer environment of Vats Group(Jinliufu Co. Ltd) by using SWOT method, the present study made some suggestions on the strategic positioning and selection of the Group, as well as its strategic implementation.The present study has its referential significance for other companies which are similarly under their transformation and development.
