With the accelerating development of the informationization process,a tremendous change has happened to people's lifestyles in recent years.The change of lifestyle has brought a huge impact on the traditional mobile industry and also brought about tremendous opportunities.Faced with the new situation of industrial change,China Mobile Communications Corporation,one of the largest mobile operators in China,should grasp the laws of the market,find its own advantages,identify future development directions,nurture new dynamics in the digital economy,tap new values for industrial integration,and expand internationally.As a county-level subsidiary of China Mobile,China Mobile Mianyang Branch is an important source of profit for China Mobile Corporation.How to use local policy advantages,environmental advantages and its own product advantages to achieve effective market share in market competition is the main source of research in this article and also is the company's profitable source of stable and sustainable growth over a longer period of time.According to the theories of Enterprise Strategic Planning,this study analyses and expounds the process,organizational structure and the existing of the management mode from the domestic head quarter of the Company,and adaptation of Porter's Five Forces Model,PEST Model and SWOT Model to analyze the internal and external encironments of Mianyang Branch of China Mobile under the "great strategy of comperhensive connection".This study summarizes the actual operations of the company,and identify theoretical suggestions on the directions under the relevant competitive environment.Meanwhile,thanks for the company's recent strategy,the integration of the theories and practices,the characteristics of the art of the managements are analyzed,particular suggestions of company's future are identified.
