In order to survive and develop in this situation, it is imperative that strengthen the internal management, improve the organizational performance and improve enterprise competitiveness.Thoughts and methods of the performance management is gradually perfect and mature. Enterprises face a dilemma when choosing suitable method for their own. There are many firms which reformed performance system but difficult to implement it, Make us more cautious when choosing theory.Based on the study of MBO, KPI and BSC theory models, and comparative analysis with A Drilling Company reality, I put forward a kind of balanced scorecard model based on BSC. The model provides a way to improve the performance system for the company, and solved some critical problems and contradictions. It may be not advanced, or scientific, but it follows the reform of true words-- "respect the history, face the reality, fast half step". It can be referenced for those enterprise like us.This paper careful analysis to A Drilling Company reality. Through questionnaire investigation, visiting investigation and interview with led, etc, we accurate diagnosed the problems and contradictions in performance management of the company existing in the current. On the basis of the research, the targeted use of the balanced scorecard model, we successfully build up the company performance evaluation system, and optimize performance evaluation of office department and single-well in xinjiang.
