The Study On The Product Quality Traceability System Of Auto Parts Enterprise S

With the rapid development of auto parts industry, the auto parts quantity is increasing, and it become closer to our daily life because more and more harms to people is caused by the vehicles quality problems. How to establish an effective system to auto parts product quality traceability has attracted more and more attention. Due to the auto parts is too large and suppliers are too many, when there are some quality problems for solving problems, we have to trace back to the original reason. Only this system can make sure that each producer can provide eligible production.In this paper, it based on the internet of things techniques, to come up with the method of tracing back the original quality problem of S auto parts production. By the analysis of current quality problem of S auto parts production, and combined with the farther study of the S auto parts supply chain, to conclude the demand of production quality traceability system, in S auto parts, depends on the requirements of traceability system and put forward the method detail. According to requirements traceability system overall structure, function design and database design, and then propose specific methods and ideas of system implementation.The traceability system in this paper, using the IoT to build traceability plate, connecting each companies by different interfaces on the supply chain. This system let each company can log in the system at anytime, and satisfied the different demands among companies, customers and the government. At the same time, it can keep effective operating by reasonable mode, to realize the protection of company and customer benefit, the traceability system that designed by S auto parts, has significant referential meaning for auto parts industry and others.
