Outbound tourism can not only make local residents in our country and foreign people have more communication opportunities, increase understanding each other and push in the different countries and regions and the harmonious development of our country, but also enriched the Chinese people in the process of tourism experience, and growth in other ways can the experience and knowledge of the people. The healthy development of outbound tourism marks has already entered the development of tourism industry in China, it is not only the basic law in the normal development of tourism industry, and the development of our country and international developed countries on the path.Based on "Study on the development present situation and countermeasures of Chinese outbound tourism" as the research object, using comprehensive analysis, statistical analysis and literature study, on the basis of the theory of consumer behavior theory and tourism system, discussed the our country the development of Chinese outbound tourism, outbound tourism industry development present situation and trend, and discusses the positive role of outbound tourism development in our country, points out the problems existing in the development of at the same time, including outbound tourism product homogeneityphenomenon serious, the market management chaos, service quality is not high, the negative impact of bad tourist behavior on Chinese image, outbound tourism supervision is not enough.
