Coupling Coordinated Development Of Fishing Areas Leisure Fishery And Urbanization

With central government attached great importance to the urbanization construction, the country launched a hot wave of urbanization in recent years. Urbanization is the historical mission of China’s modernization, is also the potential of expanding domestic demand, so the implementation of the urbanization strategy for China’s socialist modernization has a very important practical significance. In recent years, traditional farming and ocean fishery got in trouble and fishing area economic development was slow, appearing a large number of surplus labor, which may resulted in an adverse affect on social stability. Carrying out leisure fishery in fishing areas is less damaged to the ecological environment and can promote other industries development, which also plays a great role in pulling the fishing area economic development, solving the employment and building a new socialist fishing village community. The domestic have been done a more depth academic research in urbanization and leisure fishery and obtained certain research results, but there is no related research on the relationship between leisure fishery and fishing areas urbanization. Fishing area urbanization is one of the important subject for the future development of fishing area, selecting the leisure fishery as supporting industry in fishing areas urbanization is feasible and reasonable.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the preface, expounding research background, research purpose, theoretical significance and practical significance,sorting out research results of leisure fishery and urbanization at home and abroad, and combing the research ideas and methods. The second chapter comb the basic concepts of urbanization, new urbanization, in situ urbanization and leisure fishery. The third chapter analyze the coupled coordination mechanism of fishing areas leisure fishery and urbanization in qualitative method. Leisure fishery can drive the development of industrial cluster, bring economic benefits, promote the construction of new fishing village community and solve the employment problem of fishing area surplus labor, thus promoting fishing areas urbanization. In turn, the propulsion of urbanization can promote the production in a body of community construction and infrastructure construction, and promote the development of leisure fishery. The forth chapter build coupling evaluation model. Firstly, use Delphi method to determine the index system of the indicators, and then obtain the weight of each index by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, build the coupling evaluation model of leisure fishery and urbanization. The fifth chapter select the Changdao county to do empirical research. Because there are rich leisure fishery resources in Changdao county and its leisure fishery developed rapidly in recent years, which made a great economic contribution. However, its imperfect management system, low level tourism products, poor service consciousness and low level service cannot be ignore. As a result, the paper take Changdao county for example. Firstly, refer to related data from 2005 to 2013, and then collect the needed data. Finally, calculate the coupling coordination degree of leisure fishery and urbanization and analyze the results. The sixth chapter propose countermeasures from recreational fishing and urbanization two aspects. The measures in leisure fishery including improve the management system; train tourism personnel, improving service levels; highlight local, traditional, international factors; focus on brand building, improve quality and taste; closely integrate the production, life and ecology. The measures in urbanization including pay attention to the ecological environment protection; enhance the level of basic public services; pay more attention to the construction of the socialism new village; inherit cultural, revealing features. The last chapter summarize the research achievements, the disadvantages and future research direction.The thesis adopt a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in the writing process. Take Changdao county for example to do the empirical research by field visits and access to a large number of literature in order to make the dissertation more rigorous and scientific. The thesis study the coupling effect between leisure fishery and urbanization, from individual to general, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the coordinated development of leisure fishery and urbanization in other fishing areas.
