Durable goods, such as mechanical equipments, medical equipments and cars etc., have expensive, high maintenance cost and long life cycle characteristics. And the traditional sales model has been unable to meet the complex and ever-changing market demand. So durable goods leasing industry is emerging as the times require. In the leasing mode, the leasee only need afford some rent to use the products. The leasor owns the products and is obliged to maintain the products daily. Hence, leasing, compared with the selling, can drive a broader and more abundant of durable goods consumption market. To a certain extent, it can also stimulate the consumption of durable goods, and provide more reasonable price and more satisfactory service to consumers. On the other hand, with the rapid economy development, fast consumption brings a large number of used goods. In order to relieve natural resources and environmental pollution pressure, recycling and remanufacturing the used goods are feasible measuresBased on the existing research results at home and abroad, it combines durable goods leasing mode with remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain theory together. The results are divided into two parts. Firstly, according the characteristics of durable goods and, leasing and consumer utility function, it establishes a pure leasing model and a leasing/selling dual channel model for durable goods. The models are focus on the leasing price of durable goods and the different profit between leasing and selling channel. To coordinate the strategy of each enterprise in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain, achieve the win-win purpose. It also provides a theoretical basis for dealers to choice leasing or selling durable goods. And secondly, according to the linear relationship between the residual recovery yield of durable goods and the degree of preventive maintenance, it establishes an integrated optimization model combining leasing with preventive maintenance. It mainly focuses on the impacts of residual value of equipment on the lessor’s total profit. To arrange the strategy of preventive maintenance can enhance surplus value at the end of durable equipment. Consequently, the lessor can achieve the equipment residual income to maximize its profit in the end and increase the service level of rental enterprises.
