Performance Management Of Medical Device R&D Project In FL Company

By observing the development of international successful companies’ R&D project performance management, with the continuous development of companies and the growth of enterprise scale, the performance management model of R&D projects has gone through four stages:initial stage, functional stage, integration stage and co-ordination stage. All stages of the project performance management promote and improve the competitiveness of enterprises and so does the competitiveness of enterprises.There is a large gap between domestic companies and world-class enterprise in the R&D project performance management. It is necessary to compare the performance management status of the domestic companies, seriously study the evolution progress of the international research project, comparison the status of domestic R&D project performance management, in order to increase the performance of domestic enterprises, research on R&D project management level is necessary, and it’s the only way to further enhance the management ability of domestic R&D projects, the talent of technological innovation and the skill of personnel training, and finally enhance the international competitiveness of all Chinese enterprises.This paper uses the form of case study, based on the project performance management theory, with studying the actual situation of the FL company, we will know, that design the projects performance management system based on key performance indicators method (KPI) and target management method, and the system was actually applied in FL’s medical device R&D projects, and finally evaluate the implementation of the company’s medical device R&D project performance management system, and make relevant suggestions and strategies. With the improvement of the performance management of R&D projects, the completion of the project will ultimately successfully achieved.As the China’s high-tech enterprises are continuously developing, the level of R&D project performance management will be improved, with the progress of R&D project performance management level, the methods of R&D project performance management will change and improve in the same time, development of R&D project performance management can not only promote the efficient development of R&D projects, it can also dramatically promote the comprehensive development of enterprises, and increase the enterprises’core competitiveness both in the domestic and international competition.
