Research On The Design Of Project Performance Appraisal System In Qianfeng Company

This thesis aims to explore the design of Project performance appraisal system in Qianfeng Company. Qianfeng Company is a Japan-orientated software outsourcing developing enterprise, and it belongs to knowledge-intensive and project-intensive enterprise. To establish a perfect and effective performance management system is very important for an enterprise to improve its competitiveness.According to the order of "Propose the problems—analyze the problems—Solve the problems—get the conclusion". Firstly, this thesis makes applicable analysis about project management theory and modern performance appraisal theory; then the thesis makes enterprise SWOT analysis and management feature analysis of Japan-oriented software outsourcing service to form design object of project performance appraisal system in Qianfeng Company. At last, the thesis gets the design principle of project performance appraisal system in Qianfeng Company .The thesis combines the performance theory such as MBO,KPI with project management theory to design three-grade Performance Standard System such as project manager, development team leader, programmer and test engineer to form performance appraisal scale of all posts' equivalent. In the process of practical project performance the thesis confirms all standards and introduces 360°performance appraisal notion, different examiners evaluate examinees' different standard system, thus the authority of appraisal conclusion is improved. After finishing the collection of performance appraisal data the thesis describes implementation of project performance appraisal system in Qianfeng Company.From the angle of practical operation the thesis makes research and verification about project performance appraisal system in Qianfeng Company, which provides beneficial approach and method for the enterprise's development. Therefore the thesis achieves its expected research purpose.
