Innovation has a great significance for the survival and development of organization.It's an important source of competitive advantage.Otherwise,with the development of knowledge economy,knowledge has not only become the core factor of production in modern enterprises,but also has become a new economic growth point of the sustainable in national economy.Moreover,creative enterprises which regard innovation and creativity as the core ability began to appear and get a preliminary development under the background of economic transformation and innovation-driven strategy.Creative enterprises regard knowledge as the core resources.Their core competence is the ability of innovation which depends on new ideas and new knowledge.It is very important for creative enterprises to promote the staff to carry out innovation activities and implement innovation behaviors,and translate innovation behaviors of employees into innovation performance of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship between organizational climate and innovation performance in creative enterprises.It is also believed that knowledge is the core resources and the foundation of innovation in creative enterprises.Therefore,this paper puts knowledge sharing as mediating variable to research the relationship of the three variables,which has important theoretical and practical significance to the growth and development of creative enterprises.This paper,based on the theory of planned behavior analysis,the knowledge management theory and resource-based theory,regards the creative enterprises' organizational climate,knowledge sharing and innovation performance as a whole system and choose knowledge sharing as mediating variable to analyze the relationship between the three variables.This paper which established the mold of organizational climate,knowledge sharing and innovation performance in creative enterprises,is aimed to reveal the path of influence that organizational climate,knowledge sharing on innovative performance in creative enterprises by empirical analysis to compensate for the lack of current research.Firstly,this paper reviewed and summarized the relevant researches at home and abroad.Then the research hypothesis and theoretical model were put forward based on the theoretical analysis.In empirical analysis,based on creative enterprises,this paper examines the hypotheses and finds out the valuable results in the use of questionnaire survey data,factor analysis and regression analysis.First of all,hierarchical regression was used to verify the influence which organizational climate produced on innovation performance in creative enterprises.Then the organizational climate was divided into three factors which contained organizational vision,work characteristics and organizational support to verify the effect they produced on innovation performance in creative enterprises respectively.Secondly,the regression was used to verify the impact of the organizational climate on the knowledge sharing,then analysis the influence of the three factors of organizational climate on knowledge sharing respectively.Finally,hierarchical regression was used to verify whether the knowledge sharing plays the mediating role in the relationship between organizational climate and innovation performance.As empirical results show:(1)organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,the three factors of organizational climate have a significant positive correlation on innovation performance respectively;(2)organizational climate have a significant positive correlation on knowledge sharing,work characteristics,peer support and organizational support have a significant positive correlation on knowledge sharing respectively;(3)knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between work characteristics and innovation performance,the effect of work characteristics on innovation performance is partly mediated by the knowledge sharing.The effect of peer support and organizational support on innovation performance is totally mediated by the knowledge sharing.In the end,this paper is aimed to put forward relevant suggestions for creative enterprises to improve their innovation performance according to the research findings above.
