In 2010, China began to carry out the transformation of rural power network operation after the transformation of city network. The rural reconstruction results if the relationship with the economic development in rural areas, residents living level. In order to study the effect of construction and reconstruction of rural power grid of the power supply enterprise’s economic efficiency and social benefit, and from the understanding of the rural reform and the economic and social benefits, in order to be helpful to further reform of power grid. This paper uses the economic benefits of the principle and method of Technology Economics on the rural power grid renovation is analyzed and evaluated. The article puts forward the rural power grid renovation evaluation index system and model, the transformation of rural power grid JM is introduced, and the establishment of the rural power grid renovation of the economic benefit and social benefit evaluation index system, the definition of the meaning of each index. By using the method of technology economics research from the power performance, economic effect evaluation index, financial index, as well as the user benefit, efficiency of the sector and macroeconomic benefit in several aspects of Fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation. Although the transformation of rural power network on the whole JM city is still not perfect place, but many aspects of enterprise is improved, and the residents, commercial, social economic development has a certain role in promoting the transformation of rural power grids, the social benefits of good, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the result is "good". The reference, in addition to the rural power grid renovation analysis therefore, put forward JM power grid enterprises as areas in need of improvement in the future.
