Human Resource Management On Lianmeng Mansion Project

Construction Project Human Resource Management is the important part of the construction project management. The first resource of economy development is human resource which can promote the combination and application of other economic resources, which can take its effects by combining with others through scientific and reasonable way. We should attach the importance of the talents in building trade because of their poor quality, the shortage of resources and unreasonable allocation, etc, therefore we’d better set up a system which can allocate the human resources reasonably and scientifically, and a system of salary incentive and training in order to realize the initiative of human resources.This article put forward that human resources is the most basic and creative resources, and that influences the success or failure on human resource allocation and management of engineering project, on the basis of systemic research on the problems. At first, on the basis of human resource management research present situation, this article proposed a set of project human resource management in content, principles and methods combined with the engineering projects at home and abroad. And then, combined with the case of Lianmeng Mansion project, the paper gives a detailed analysis of the various aspects concerning human resource management, including the planning and construction of human resource, personnel recruitment and distribution, management and control over the project team. Also, the most effective measures of human resource management within the construction team are explored, which is believed to contribute to the realization of management goals. The present paper gives a detailed analysis of the appointment and distribution of the team members and also shares some practical insights into management as well as control of the project teamLianmeng Mansion is a typical construction project which is relatively independent. The present study is hoped to find out a scientific, feasible, and reasonable mode of human resource management for the project, which provides reference and assistance for human resource assessment and therefore promotes the development of project management. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the healthy development of construction market.
