This paper highly related performance management with enterprise development strategy,Focus on how to build Strategic oriented performance management system,and cable factory TBEA performance management system as an example,according to related theory comprehensive describe Strategic direction of enterprise performance management system and program design,implement and improve.Firstly, this paper introduces the concepts of performance management, the relation between performance assessment and performance management,performance management and Strategic oriented performance management in detail, and introduce some methods and tools which used in performance managemet to provide theoretical basis.Secondly, throw analysis the cable factory actual operation process of performance management system, find out the existing problems.Thirdly, in order to build as KPI core performance management system as the core as an example, further introduce the corporate strategy based on the overall performance management system Framework. This paper introduces the company's KPI evaluation, behavior evaluation, annual performance evaluation of the content, principles, methods and standards. The paper also introduce the implementing and improving process of company's performance management.Finally,conclusions of the study, the achievements and shortcomings in the proposed research.
