Research On Problems Of Implementation Of China Housing Security Policies

This paper has investigated all kinds of problems such as:the unreasonable constructions problems in building the affordable houses, the irrational scope of people who is qualified to apply the security houses and the problem of rent-seeking during the implementation of security housing policies based on the perspectives of Engels residence theory and public choice theory. This paper deeply analyzed the reason of weak implementation of security housing policy, and predicts the problems in implement future merger of low-rent houses and public rental houses and the partial property houses, studied affordable houses policy implementation and valuable experience in the United States, Germany,Hong Kong, Japan and other countries and regions,puts forward the trend of local government pursue policies to stimulate the economy while avoid wealth redistribution policy such as the security housing policy, also put forward feasible countermeasures and specific policy recommendations on these problems.
