Crowdfunding In The Area Of The Distribution Of Agricultural Machine And Its Risk Studies

In the wake of the national development of agricultural mechanization, correlative industries are formed in the area of manufacturing, distribution and consumption of agricultural machine. On the entire supply chain of agricultural machines, distribution controls the most parts of the flow on information and capital. The evolution and integration of the information flow and fund flow on distribution are able to accelerate the publicity and popularization on consumption, solve the capital restrictions to the manufacturer, which facilitates the development of the correlative enterprises.The essence of the article is the innovation of the fund flow patterns and information flow patterns in the area of the distribution of agricultural machine – crowdfunding – which opens up a new path for accelerating the agricultural mechanization through feasibility research. Crowdfunding is a pattern of financing, which is very fit for the current situation of agricultural mechanization because of the non-assets secured credit as well as the on-going reimbursing(principle and interests) during production.According to the analysis of this research, I suggest crowdfunding can immensely facilitate the development of agricultural mechanization. On one hand, with the help of internet, crowdfunding collects the idle funds from the other industries to agricultural mechanization; on the other hand, because of the peculiarity of crowdfunding which fits the distribution of agricultural mechanization, the information symmetry and fund supervision are the original factor of distribution itself, which can be utilized directly. For the consumer of agricultural machine, the right of use could be acquired with partial payment or even without payment, which makes the purchasing of agricultural machine easier. As for the distributors, crowdfunding expands their sales pattern, which increases the income and promotes the band value of them. Moreover, for the manufacturer, crowdfunding increases the sales, which improves the planning and security of funding withdrawal. Therefore, crowdfunding meets with the financial interests of all the three parts – consumer, distributor and manufacturer.Meanwhile, there’re still a lot of problems need to be solved on the way of developing crowdfunding in the area of agricultural mechanization. For example, the credit system in the rural area is relatively weaker than city, which brings negative influence to the launching of crowdfunding. The operational pattern of crowdfunding has to be acting according to circumstances in order to apply the development variation between rural areas. This research also provides some countermeasures for solving the problems above. For instance, accelerating the construction of the credit system of the rural area, and intensively unified management with agricultural machine cooperation could be a proper solution. In the meantime, government could also establish policy support for this innovative funding pattern, which enables the confidence of the capital from other industries. The distributional enterprises themselves need to utilize their own resources, which is the information flow and fund flow, to balance the agricultural development variation between locations.
