With the development of economic globalization and the speed up of technology innovation, the external environment enterprises faced has been increasing complexity and uncertainty, how to build to integrate internal and external resources to adapt to the rapid changes in the environment of dynamic capabilities become the problem of the been built and mature large enterprise need to solve. Many scholars study the internal entrepreneurship phenomenon of the existing enterprises from the corporate level, try to understand the process and mechanism of the company entrepreneurial activities to enhance the competitive advantage and performance, and explore the effective ways of existing company to restore innovation vitality and to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage. Under the age of the Internet, the expanding of information and resources, even large enterprises are impossible to master and obtain all the needed resources, entrepreneurial network become the effective ways of enterprises to obtain and integrate resources, to promote the conduct of Internal entrepreneurship.On the basis of literature review of company entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial network, this paper divides the company entrepreneurial network into internal organization network, between organization network and social network three parts, and divides entrepreneurial resources into support resource, environment and element resource three types. Internal organization network contain employees, shareholders and internal entrepreneurs, mainly provides the personnel and management resources.Existing entrepreneurial network are mostly aimed at the enterprises startup or start-up stage, therefor, in theory, the definition of entrepreneurial network limited to entrepreneurs and the external stakeholders who have good relationship with the entrepreneur individual. Internal entrepreneurship is different from the first venture, so the connotation of company entrepreneurial network is different from general business network. Between organization network has the direct contractual relationship with the company, mainly provides the element resources needed, such as material resources, information resources and financial resources. Social network composed of the stakeholders besides the members of organizational network, which mainly provides environmental resources needed, such as technical resources, policy resources and reputation resources.This paper put forward an internal entrepreneurship process model based on the company entrepreneurial network, explored the mechanism of company entrepreneurial network, and discussed the influence of company entrepreneurial network on the traditional entrepreneurship process by obtaining and integrating entrepreneurial resources under the certain platform and organization foundation. Large enterprises build company entrepreneurial network to offer material, information, capital, technology, reputation and policy resources that internal entrepreneurship needed to promote the internal entrepreneurship conduct smoothly. The building of company entrepreneurial network based on the organization adjustment, management idea and the construction of innovative culture, and the platform of technology, information and logistics. Finally, this article researched the case of Haier group that built the internal entrepreneurship incubation platform to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model and to hope to provide constructive reference to large enterprises promote internal entrepreneurship by company entrepreneurial network.
