Research On Dth Project Quality Management Of Jiuzhou

As one of the most important core projects of Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in domestic satellite communications industry, DTH project has far-reaching market and strategic significance. To ensure effective and reliable quality control in the process of project implementation, it’s required to have a complete quality control theory and based on that, to strengthen the concept of project quality management, to innovate and perform efficient management system and technique according to the PDCA principle, meanwhile to constantly correct problems and deficiencies in management with actual situation of the enterprise itself under consideration, thus to further project quality management.This article starts from ISO standardization requirements on quality management theory, integrates project quality control practice of domestic counterparts to elaborate the basic theory and analyze the limitation of relevant theory and practical application; it takes DTH project implementation as an example, through summary and analysis of some actual projects on planning, implementation, control and appraisal, etc through methods of problem research, process control, system approach, causal analysis, numerical analysis, to summarize and explore the unique mode of Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. on DTH project quality management, namely, take project planning and R&D control as the core, refine quality assurance requirements in each process, put emphasis on control of one-time nonconforming products, keep every link under quality control with meticulous division of labor, and enhance the internal implementation effect through normalizing internal performing procedures, establish and continually improve special effective quality management system so as to realize effective quality assurance of DTH project.On the task analysis and conclusion part, this article also summarizes and analyzes deficiencies existing in each management link in the process of project implementation, including supplier quality control management, quality control on internal manufacturing process, etc. The author gives his own individual opinions and suggestions on continuous improvement based on his theory combined with practice, which has a certain guiding role for the future on the promotion of quality control in the process of project management.
